From 1957 Hutchinson worked as a dataller and in Salvaging. A Medical Appeal Tribunal in November 1957 awarded 6 per cent disablement settlement for life. The Local Appeal of 18 December 1957 was adjourned for representative to be present and any medical evidence in support of the appeal. Hutchinson was unable to attend the Appela due to a coronary thrombosis. Typed statement on separate sheet of paper headed 'Distinction between Permanent Loss of Faculty and Permanent Incapacity for Regular Occupation' clarifying the differences. |
