Insurance officer's submission included history of claimant's various claims and appeals, awards of Disablement Benefit and Special Hardship Allowance, also quoted from Specialist opinion of 12 November 1956 that ' if any such disability does exist, it would not bear any relation to the apparently trivial injuries [...] sustained many years ago [...] I am sure this patient is fit for full work if his mental attitude was more satisfactory'. |
