Further information: Son in attendance at the Appeal. Claim was for Industrial Death Benefit on behalf of John Guest, ex Westthorpe Colliery, who had died aged 55 on 27 March 1966. He had worked for 35 years in coal mining and was receiving 60 per cent disablement benefit for slight simple pneumoconiosis and arrested tuberculosis.
