R Calton junior's letter to Anne Hallowes at Nottingham enclosing copies of her nephew Hallowes' brothers' and sisters' release on Hollingworth's farm, all except that of Kitty, who married Mr Cromwell. On 10 Apr 1751, Hollingworths' farm was mortgaged for £1,000 now paid off by her nephew. Is sending draft of rent charge to her etc. Discusses details for Brabazon's provision of an annuity for Anne.
