Abstract of title to a freehold estate in Mugginton belonging to William Bury esq and conveyed to trustees for sale
Includes abstracts of conveyance in 1661 by the Bamfords to the elder Samuel Hallowes, marriage settlement of William (son of the elder Samuel and Anne) and Graciana Jackson, William Hallowes' will by which the premises descended to a nephew Thomas Bury, the latter's will by which it descended to Thomas's nephew William Bury (1661-1822) (endorsed 1822)
