Title
Agreement between John Gent the Elder of Rocester, co Stafford, yeoman, of the one part, and Thomas Felthouse of Greete Yate, co Stafford, yeoman, and John Goodwin of Denston, co Stafford, yeoman, of the other, in consideration of £10, whereby John Gent convenants with Felthouse and Goodwin that his son, also called John Gent and Isabell his wife shall be lawfully seized and possessed of six selions of arable land lying in a certain field called Rocester Lee and seven other lands lying in a field called Hllbrook Field within the lordships of Denston, Rocester and Alveton, 27 Dec 1639
