Description	3 items Bundle labelled on outside as the twenty fourth bnndle comprising agreement between Richard Paul Jodrell and John Stanley for stone quarries on Duffield Bank at rent of £2 2 shillings, 27 August 1778, lease for 12 years by Jodrell to Benjamin Bate of piece of land (1 acres 3 roods) on Duffield Bank at rent of £6 3d, 21 September 1779, and agreement between Jodrell and William Tooland for paymnet of 6 pence a year for parts and rails opposite two dwelling houses in Duffield Packet dated 12 June 1778, signed by Richard Paul Jodrell and Reynier Tiler, Berners Street
