Lease and release by William Clay of Astwick in the parish of Ault Hucknall yeoman (son and devisee of the will of John Clay) to Job Wild of Glapwell in the parish of Bolsover blacksmith of one moiety of and in two messuages in Brackenfield, the Four Handley Meadows, the Broomhill, the Pasture, the Croft at Home, the two Bushy Fields, the Long Fields, the Royal Acre, the two New Closes, the Milne Land, the Hearls, and the two Coat Closes, to hold upon trust to sell, lease or mortgage the whole or a part to pay the debts of John Clay and of William.
