1 - Copy of the will (manuscript, contemporary) of John Berrysford of Beckford Row, Walworth in the parish of St Mary Newington, Surrey, gentleman, containing several bequests, including:- to the rector or vicar and churchwardens of Chaddesden to be applied to the poor widows and fatherless children of the parish of Chaddesden (i) the interest of £600 stock in 3% Consolidated and (ii) all rents and profits of his freehold house No 29 Camden Street, Walworth, dated 22 Mar 1813 - [1813]
