1 - The estimate of William Stone of Cromford for the proposed alteration and extensions, namely, 2 sitting rooms, 4 bedrooms and 2 dressing rooms at the Temple, Matlock. The cost of the alterations is estimated at £275. Dated 20 November - 1832

2 - Receipt by William Stone of £275 from Mrs Evans for “rebuilding the back part of House”. Dated 13 November - 1833
