Consideration of £4 13s 7 of so much of the royalty of the manor of Matlock, in proportion as 1s 7d bears to £14 13s 5d. 25/6 Mar - 1782
3 - Feoffment by John Smith of Matlock, gardener, to William Lovett of Matlock, gent., in consideration of £2 12s 6d of an allotment lately part of a common at Matlock known as Nether Wood (2 roods, 13 perches), being allotted under the Matlock inclosure award to Benjamin Walker of Wessington and since conveyed to Smith. 12 Jul - 1784

7 - Feoffment by Richard Arkwright of Willersley, esq, to Adam Woolley the younger, in consideration of£6 5s., of a parcel of land (30 perches) at the west end of an allotment near the paper mill at Matlock Bath which was purchased by Sir Richard Arkwright from Joseph Gell of Cromford. 1 Mar - 1797
8 - Feoffment by Thomas Pearson of Matlock, yeoman, to Adam Woolley the younger, in consideration of £2 2s., of a small parcel of land (8 yards x 4 yards) staked out in an allotment at Matlock, on the north east side of a Brewhouse and coal yard belonging to Woolley. 10 Oct - 1798
9 - Grant by Thomas Pearson to Richard Arkwright and Adam Woolley the younger, in consideration of 5s., of power to make a sough or drain from a well-known as Carnell Spring within an allotment of Hannah Higton's and across 2 closes of Pearson's which lie between the said well and a garden of Woolley's, with full power to lay pipes and erect reservoirs. 25 Aug - 1800

15 - Bargain and sale by John Saxton of Crich, gent., with Philip Hubbersty of Wirksworth, gent., William Pearson of Matlock Bath, spar manufacturer and James Pearson of Matlock Bath, spar manufacturer (his mortgagees), to Charles Clarke of Matlock Bath, gent., in consideration of £50 paid to Saxton, of a parcel of land at Matlock Bath (½ acre) being part of an allotment no. 353 in the inclosure award, and now a garden. 6 Nov - 1839

17 - Surrender in Matlock manor court, by Thomas Poundall of Matlock, yeoman, in consideration of £170, of a parcel of copyhold land, lately taken out of a close adjoining the turnpike road to Cromford, at Matlock Bath, with the site of a dwelling house, lately demolished, which has been laid to a carriage road leading from the said turnpike road to the house of Charles Clarke - to the use of Charles Clarke (see D170/2/4). 10 Jun - 1844
