Description
To wife Mary to hold for life or as long as she remains unmarried, a copyhold house and tenements; with Blackrow or Blackwell Close, and a piece of land on Brookfurlong, both copyhold; to daughter Mary, wife of William Mather, £15 to be paid by testator's son Samuel, out of lands devised to himbelow; to testator's grandsons Edward Prince and Samuel Prince £5 to be paid by son Samuel in like manner when they are 21; to son Ralph Prince £20 to be paid by testator's sons Thomas and George, out of property hereafter devised to them; to son Samuel after death or remarriage of testator's wife Blacklow or Blackwell Close, and two seats in Bonsall church gallery; the close is also charged with payment of testator's debts; to son Thomas and George on death or remarriage of testator's wife, all other copyhold premises; to wife Mary residue of real and personal estates.
