John Wood of Chesterfield, clerk, and Edward Burton of Chesterfield, gentleman, of a dwelling house at Hasland with the Nether New Close, Over New Close, Nether Land Croft, Far Land Croft, Near Land Croft, Pit Close, the Lane and Clover Croft, in the tenure of James Ray, John Bradbury, John Heath and William Ludlam (43a.) and two closes known as Wyvers Crofts (7a.) in the tenure of Thomas Brailsford and Little Wyver croft (2½ a.) in the tenure of John Siddall.
