Copy trust deed by John Bayley of Kirk Langley, clerk, and Isabella Bayley his wife, by which they bargained and sold to Godfrey Meynell of Langley a house in Kirk Langley recently erected by John Bayley, known by the name of the schoolhouse, and also an annuity of £5 arising from the rents and profits of Dakins’s Farm, Boyleston, upon trust that the house in Kirk Langley be used as a schoolhouse and that £4 of the annuity to be expended on the teaching of the English language and catechism of the Church of England to the poor children of Kirk Langley and £1 to be spent on repairs to the schoolhouse and any residue of the annuity to be used for the purchase of books; enrolled in Chancery 15 May Microfilm M 285 vol 10
