2. All freehold tenements in Fullwood p Sheffield, Yorkshire, to testator's four daughters

3. Lands and tenements at Carrhead p Hathersage to testator's grandson Henry Froggatt, son of Mary Froggatt

4. All other freehold lands in Hathersage to Henry Froggatt subject to annuity payable to Catherine Nailor, widow, and to sum of £50 payable to Joseph Hodgkinson of Hathersage

5. To testator's granddaughter Mary wife of John Leah lands in Eyam subject to annuity of £6 pa to Mary Froggatt her mother
