Description	Between: 1 Charles John Blount of Richmond, York, gentleman, and Marmion Edward Ferrers of Baddesley Clinton, Warwickshire esq 2 Henry Bowdon of Southgate House [Clowne] esq 3 The Shire Oaks Colliery Co Ltd Relating to seams of coal under land owned by Henry Bowden (about 53 acres) or of which he is tenant for life (about 640 acres) and under land of the Midland Railway Company (about 2 acres) in Clowne, Whitwell and Barlborough. Dated 30 Dec 1874. With annexed plan showing property referred to in the lease, coloured to distinguish land owned by Henry Bowdon, land of which he was tenant for life and land owned by the Midland Railway. The plan shows neighbouring owners, farm building, dam at Harlesthorpe, boundary of the manor of Bolsover, Southgate. Scale 6 ch: 1 inch.
