In consideration of £70 paid by Henniker to Bagshaw and others and £320 paid to Wibberley, to Aldborough Henniker the younger of Grays Inn, esq, Robert Henniker, headmaster of Rossall School, near Fleetwood, Lancashire, and Thomas Henry Ricketts Winwood of the Inner Temple, London, student, of two dwelling houses with outbuildings gardens etc at Kniveton in the tenure of Luke Mather and Charles Barsby with a close called the Croft (2 acres) in the tenure of Luke Mather, one moiety in trust for Aldborough Henniker the younger for life with remainder to his eldest son Aldborough Montague Henniker in tail male and the other moiety in trust for Robert Henniker for life with remainder to his eldest son John Granville Henniker in tail male, with liberty to lease the premises for a maximum term of 15 years 24 Dec
