Administrative History
The Council Schools on Reginald Street opened for girls, boys and infants, including pupils from Canal Street (Wesleyan) Mixed School (see D5881). By 1934 the boys and girls schools had become senior schools. After 1944 the schools became secondary moderns. The name Rosehill was adopted after 1947 and before 1959.
Custodial History
The records were deposited in Derbyshire Record Office by the headteacher of Rosehill Infants School in November 1993.
