Archivist Note
Reference previously read D3580/ZF/36-38. However, there is no item numbered 38 in the file and the description suggests that there are only two items not three (i.e. a presentment and a surrender). Given that there had obviously be a numbering issue in relation to items 33 and 35, it has been assumed following a conversation with other colleagues, that the document did not exist rather than that it is missing (BS, 25/02/2016)
