Longsdon 3) Edward Briggs of Pleasington near Blackburn, yarn agent, and Ernest Morewood Longsdon of Bakewell, architect and 4) parties of 2nd & 3rd parts, reciting marriage settlement of 1859, death of Alfred Morewood without children of the marriage, replacement of Barlow trustee by James Briggs 19 April 1884, deed of appointment 1896, and death of James Briggs, now Edward Briggs and E. M. Longsdon are made additional trustees. 27 August 1896.
