Property to be shared by nieces Mary Percival, Elizabeth Dain, Margaret Dain and Sarah Dain household effects and farm stock to brother John. 9 Feb 1882. And codicil to will of Henry Dain Walters leaving half property to niece Mary Percival, wife of Isaac of Newhaven, farmer, half to be divided equally between nieces Elizabeth Margereson, wife of Charles Frederic of Brampton, auctioneer, and Sarah Dain of Newhaven, spinster; appoints Charles Frederic Margereson and Edwin Atkin of Heathcote, farmer as exors as brother John Dain now dead. Dated 10 Oct 1889. Date of death 11 Feb 1890
