Assignment by Henry Thornilee, Robert Banks Hodgkinson, Brook Boothby, Brabazon Hallows, Robert Hunlocke, James Hunlocke, Richard Beresford, Nicholas Thornilee, esqs, and the Rev Chaworth Hallows, clerk, trustees to Philip Gell, esq, in consideration of £100, of one twentieth part of the tolls and profits arising from the section of turnpike road from Four Lane Ends near Oakerthorpe to Ashbourne, to be held for the remainder of the term of years mentioned in the Act, but if the trustees pay to Gell £100 at the rate of 4% interest a year, by 20 Jan 1764, then this assignment is void, 20 Jul
