2. John Shepherd of Wirksworth innkeeper
Reciting in part the previsions of the will of Mary Loxley late of Uppertown, Bonsall widow deceased, dated 25 Aug 1856 by which she bequeathed to her daughter Ann Kinder, close called Fort Furlong at the Moor, Bonsall and then in the occupation of George Kinder, Subject to payment of certain legacies (recited), that Mary died 24 Nov 1856, the legacies have been discharged.
In consideration premises conveyed to Shepherd in trust for George Eaton: the close called Fort Furlong as above containing 1a 2r in George's occupation
