Agreement between Margaret Fynney, widow of Ashford in the Water and John Beech, gentleman of Tideswell, as devisees in trust under the will of the late Richard Fynney, gentleman of Ashford; and Thomas Longsdon, gentleman of Little Longstone and William Longsdon, gentleman of Eyam for sale of all freehold and copyhold property of which Richard Fynney dies seised [excepting] a barn on the south side of the messuage inhabited by Margaret Fynney. Consideration of £910, with an agreement to lease the messuage aforesaid, barn and garden on the north side and parcel of land called Woollendale to Margaret Fynney for 42 years at an annual rent of £45.10s. 16 Sep
