Recites that Richard Johnson labourer, formerly of Isleworth, Middlesex was convicted of the murder of William Patsull and later pardoned. He held two copyhold messuages and several closes in Ashford (location described) which are forfeited and for which Richard and Margaret Whitby (Margaret being Johnson's only sister) pay a consideration of £160 and an annual rent of 20s on condition that they pay for the maintenance of Johnson who owed debts totalling £120. 28 Jun 1687 |
