Title	Memorandum of a settlement for the marriage of Joseph Goodwin, son of Richard Goodwin of Tissington, and Anne, daughter of William Fern of the Meadow. Richard Goodwin has settled lands at Hartington, Tissington and Biggin on his son and will settle other lands at Hartington, Tissington, Hurdlow and Fullow Meadow Farm on him, with a jointure of £40 pa to Ann. William Fearn settles an annuity or rent for £20 on Joseph Goodwin and promises to settle the remainder of his estate on his two daughters, following the death of his wife. 1 Nov
