Title	Two copies of the marriage settlement (by way of lease and release) for the marriage of Robert Needham, junior of Perryfoot, second son of Robert Needham, senior, yeoman of Perryfoot and Margaret Bocking, spinster of Hope. Robert Needham senior, conveys a moiety of the property at D2575/T/1 to his son Robert, charged with an annuity of £20 to his son's wife Margaret during her lifetime. Margaret Bocking, one of the two granddaughters and heirs at law of Ralph Bocking, senior, yeoman, deceased, of Hope conveys a moiety of the freehold and copyhold property at Hope, as inherited by her from her grandfather, to Ellis Needham, yeoman of Perryfoot and Christopher Butcher, yeoman of Perryfoot for the use of Robert Needham, junior immediately following their marriage, 26-27 Jul.
