Hope in £300 to Robert Needham, gentleman of Perryfoot, Peak Forest, 4 Nov 1742. 12/2; Memorandum of marriage settlement between Robert Needham, junior of Perryfoot and Margaret Bocking of Hope, c1751 (see also D2575/T/13-18). 12/3; Copy of survey of Mr Clarke's land at Shatton with acreages comprising the land at D2575/T/1, scale: approx 30 chains to 2 in, made Apr 1731. 12/4-8; Rent receipts of Robert Needham to the Duke of Devonshire, 1759-1781. 12/9; Part of a letter from Jo Stafford concerning the case of a lost horse, 18th cent.

Description
This map is described in the Derbyshire Record Society's "A Catalogue of Local Maps of Derbyshire c.1528–1800" (compiled by Harold Nichols, revised by Mary Wiltshire assisted by Susan Woore, published 2012). The description reads as follows:
Survey of Mr. Clarkes land at Shatton. 1731. Surveyor: Solomon Heathcote. Scale: of 30 chains [1:12000]. Size: 30 x 37 cm. Materials: ink on paper. Centred on: SK186821 Notes: shows 72 acres in 12 fields named in reference table and 2 houses: endorsed 'Copy of ye Survey of Elmerhill land Near Shatton in Hope parish. Taken in Aprill 1731 by Solomon Heathcote of Edensor Near Chatsworth in Derbyshire'. Location: DRO, D2575/T12/3
