A legacy of £1000 from Henson Kirkby to his daughter and the property at D2575/T/114 with other properties itemised in Ashford and conveyed by Alexander Barker, gentleman of Edensor and uncle of George Barker are held in trust by John Barker, gentleman of Edensor and George Kelk, gentleman of Carlton in Lindrick, co Notts for the couple and their heirs, 26 Jul 1777
