DescriptionBetween Thomas Lucas of Chesterfield, gentleman, and Samuel Heath of Hasland, yeoman, whereas the Hasland inclosure commissioners allotted to Lucas part of an orchard, formerly Heath's in exchange for other of Lucas's lands and whereas Heath has applied to move the fence between the two parts of the said orchard - Lucas agrees to this in exchange for the north fence and ditch of the orchard which adjoins a barn of Lucas' (w).
