TitleLease and release by Dorothy Ward and Samuel Ward to Francis Plumptre of the Middle Temple, gent - reciting CT1 - on reciting that Samuel Ward decd. inclosed his open field lands and purchased the severalty thereof (1727) - for docking and barring estates tail, of premises as CT1, except 1r sold to William Turner, to the intent that Plumptre may be tenant for suffering a recovery by Samuel Seawell the elder of London, haberdasher, upon trust to the use of Dorothy Ward for her life, then to the use of Samuel Ward in fee simple, 21/22 Jan.
