Description	Memorandum of the disbursements and charges of John Thacker, Minister of Somersal Herbert, in repairing the ruins and dilapidations of the parsonage house and chancel 1664-1668, on the last page. Glebe terrier on the inside of the back cover, about half of it lost. Note in the front cover that the register was transcribed from an earlier register by John Thacker in 1663.
