Lease by Nathaniell Hallowes to Thomas Sclator of Dethick, miller, of two parts of a barn at Dethick called the Hey Barne, two parts of closes known as Great Parke, Fauld Worthing, Sheepe Coate Close, Over Milne Field, Little Lea Lees, Swine Parke, Hey Barne Yard, two parts of a fourth part of Oaken Greave, two parts of a "fist" part of Heathye Close, and two parts of a "fist" part of the orchards, gardens, chapel yard and outward folds at Dethick, for 21 years at £29 per annum plus £5 per annum extra in the last four years for every acre ploughed up or sown without licence
