Title
Lease by Brabazon Hallowes to Dorothy Wood of Dethick, widow of two water corn mills at Dethick, called Upper Mil and Nether Mill with the drying kiln, a pair of grey mill stones and the going gear of the Upper Mill and a pair of black and a pair of grey millstones and the going gear of the Nether Mill, with all floodgates, watercourses etc, a messuage with bakehouse, two barns, yard, garden and orchard and closes known as the rough piece of land at the house (2 acres), the nether end of Millfield (5 acres 2 roods 17 perches) the upper end of Millfield (5 acres 2 roods 17 perches), Priestfield and Shortlands (12 acres 2 roods 5 perches), Johnsons Piece, part of Priestfield, Middle Hagge als, Middle Hay, another part of Priestfield, Father Hagge als Father Hay and the rest of Priestfield, for 21 years at £27 15s per annum
