Title deeds, etc, Pegge estates (Tithes of corn, hay, etc on property in Ramsey and Unstone in the parish of Dronfield)
Description
The Pegge family estates in Derbyshire comprised of the following pieces of land and property:
Malkin Meadow, containing a Water Corn Mill known as the Hole Mill and the Drying Kiln and Bolting or Dressing Mill and an adjoining messuage;
Mill Holme Close, comprising of a cowhouse and garden;
Brimsley House in Crow Lane;
Ramsolls Wood, four closes known as The Ramsolls and a close known as Mother Close or White Ley, and a new stable and barn under Ramsoll Wood, all in Ounston [Unstone], Dronfield, and three closes lying between Ramsolls Wood and the Whittington to Sheffield Turnpike Road;
two little closes almost covered with water, included in the New Damn in Ounston [Unstone];
a small croft known as Hinger Knowle;
a messuage and one Croft;
a messuage and land known as The Broom Close, The Bank Close, The four Lands, The Wheat Croft, The Barn Croft, The Tapton Croft, The Spring Field, The Whistle Close, The lower Meadowe, The Broadfield, The Stone Pit Field, The Two long Lands, The Upper Stone Lowe, The Middle Stone Lowe and The Nether Stone Lowe;
one little Spring Wood;
several closes called Gait Lands;
the upper field, Little Pit Field and Biggest Pit Field, the High Field, Robins Crofts and the Robin Croft Wood,
all in or near Unstone, Dronfield
