Estate comprising of a messuage, farm, and commonly called Field with several closes known as Coat Close, the Long Close, the Square Close, the Upper Pingle, the Nether Pingle, the Pit Close, and the Hill Close; and several other closes known as the Upper Close, the Nether Close, the Middle Close all in Fritchley; and the Well Close, Calf Croft, the Lime Kiln Croft, the Croft, the Nether Lay Field, and three roods of land to the south of the Carr, all in Fritchley; also several closes in Crich called the Large Orchard, the Nether Littlewood, the Nan of the Riddings; the Over Knowl Flat, the Nether Knowl Flatt, the Rillerd, the Well Croft; and also a messuage and lands in Fritchley
