The Society was not registered. At disbandment in 1968, there were 45 members and 4 trustees who held 6 cottages and a club room, the sale of which permitted a final distribution to each member of £39.10s.

Largely deposited by the last Secretary of the Society after its disbandment in 1968, and the remainder in 1972.
