Administrative History
Derby Higher Elementary School, becoming the Derby Municipal Secondary School in 1904. New premises were built in 1929 on Uttoxeter Road and the school was renamed Bemrose School. In 1977 it was amalgamated with Rykneld School, becoming Bemrose Community School in 1989.
Custodial History
These records were deposited in Derbyshire Record Office in January 1990 and May 1997. Added to the catalogue as part of the FindersKeepers project by volunteer JW.
