Lease: Thomas, abbot of the Monastery of S. Werburgh, Ches. and the Convent of same place to Rich. Fairbarne, son of Wm. F. dec'd. Their fishing of a certain water in Weston on Trent called "Blackpole" belonging to the Manor of Weston and also their fishing of certain other water and poles there called Armford and Bradford and also the herbages of grass of the conyngrebe and park of Weston for 20 years
