Title
Two copies of a Deed to lead to the uses of a fine by Elizabeth Heathcote, (widow of the late John Heathcote and also of the late Richard Goodwin of Meadow, pa. Tideswell) of Meadow, pa, Tideswell; William Fearn and his wife Martha and Ann Goodwin, spinster, all of Meadow (Martha and Ann being daughters and coheirs of Richard Goodwin and devises of the late Hugh Goodwin) to Joshua Danser, gentleman of Monyash to hold the property in trust as follows: (i) two closes called the Whitefields at Monyash and the two Balk closes, the New Closes, the Chee and Horn Acre, all in the Meadow to the use of Elizabeth Heathcote. (ii) The messuage house at the Meadow and lands (location given) and the lands at (i) in the Meadow on Elizabeth Heathcote's death to William and Martha Fearn for life and then to their heirs. (iii) The messuage house in Monyash, with lands (including those at T37) and the Whitefields at (i) on Elizabeth Heathcote's death to the use of Ann Goodwin and her heirs. 1 Oct
