Henry was a keen traveller.  As a writer he authored several Oriental tales in 1816 and 1817.  He also wrote books on architecture, including An Architectural Tour in Normandy, in 1836, The Normans in Sicily in 1838 and The Ecclesiastical Architecture of Italy in 1842-1844.</Activity>
