William and Mary Milicent Smith of Dunston Hall, baptised at Chesterfield St Mary and All Saints Church on 7 March 1833. He assumed the name Milnes-Smith in 1873 and was granted the new Arms as per D7666/1/1. He died on 5 August 1883, his estate was later proved at just over £19,000.
