Married William Porden on 16 Oct 1784. They had a large family of 10 children, but only two daughters survived into adulthood, Sarah Henrietta (who married Porden's assistant Joseph Kay in 1807) and Eleanor (1795-1825), who went on to be the first wife of Arctic explorer John Franklin.
