Person Gell; Edith Lyttelton (1860-1944); writer and Christian activist DS/UK/3018 Gell Edith Lyttelton Edith Mary Brodrick 1860-1944 writer and Christian activist Female Born July quarter 1860; died on 17 April 1944 Edith was the daughter of William Brodrick, 8th Viscount Midleton of Midleton. She married Philip Lyttelton Gell, grandson of Sir John Franklin, on 25 July 1889.
