Description on cover adds that Sir John Zouche levied a fine in the octave of St Michael 39 Elizabeth [6 Oct 1597] with proclamation for a recovery, as appeared on the 166th roll of the Michaelmas Term 39 Elizabeth Endorsed with memorandum of examination of deed at Alfreton on last day [30th] of Septembet 1619.
