Fold-up plans (only numbers 2-3), all by John Shaw, land agent and surveyor, Derby; scale 4 chains to 1 inch. 
Plan 2 (2 copies) shows the mineral workings in the Main and Little Coal at Swadlincote, size 69cm x 102cm. 
Plan 3 (3 copies shows the mineral workings under Messrs Church and Maples's lease, size 48cm x 63cm.
The sale particulars and plans have become detached, and copies of plans 2 and 3 have been added, with plan 1 now missing.</dc:description>
