Town Planning sub- committee Minute Books This was a sub-committee of the Bridges and Highways committee set up in 1930. Earlier minutes are to be found with the main committee (see 1/5/7-14). Part of the committee's function was to implement the Restriction of Ribbon Development Act 1935.
