He gives Eleanor instruction on what to write if ever gentlemen come on Mr Joshua Walker’s errand. He is to spend the evening with Lord Headly. He talks about his plans for the rest of the day, a walk to Petworth Park and a meeting at two. He quotes a Latin phrase and says how glad he is that Eleanor knows Latin.
