Memorandum of an agreement made between John Henry Frost and George Frost junior, and John Henry Twigg of Salford (co. Lancaster) brewer, and Henry Clayton Frost of Bole Hill, Wirksworth gentleman Whereby John and George will assign by bill of sale wherever requested by Twigg and HC Frost (their uncles) the good-will, stock-in-trade etc. which they purchased from their father with moneylent them by the said Twigg and Frost 25 Mar 1871
