Mortgage, by lease and release, by Cham Hadfield of Doncaster, mercer, to Richard Bradley, Edmund Pope and Michael Clarke Stephens of King St., St. Lawrence Jewry in the City of London, co-partners, warehousemen and mercers of three closes called the Horsnells in Hathersage Consideration: £600. They shall sell the property for repayment to themselves of £600 and the overplus to be paid to such person as Hadfield shall appoint unless he redeems the property within a certain time.
